Beijing: Hancang -- Hakka (salt-baked chicken, pea sprouts, lotus-wrapped beef)
Beijing: Quanjude (Complete Collection of Virtues) Restaurant -- Peking Duck (mushrooms/bok choy, satin shrimp, deep fried beef with string beans and bamboo root, duck hearts, spicey pickled cucumbers and the duck!)
Beijing: Nu Age -- Vietnamese (lemongrass chicken, five spice pork satay, ginger rice, Saigon beef, asparagus with red bean sauce)
Beijing: Beijing Fan Shan -- Imperial Banquet (Bamboo shoots and peas, yellow bean paste cubes, red bean rolls, cold chili chicken, mushroom soup, beef and onions, smoked tea duck, Mandarin fish, mushrooms and bamboo shoot strings deep fried, sweet and sour chicken, battered shrimp, sauteed vegetables, sesame buns with ground pork, assorted desert pastries and fruit)
